The Dublin Creative Therapy Centre is pleased to present – Unlock Your Creative Potential an Art Therapy Workshop. This workshop is based on the belief that we all have an unlimited resource of creative potential within us; this innate potential is transformative in its ability to heal, express, grow and cultivate a more compassionate self.
This one day workshop offers a unique opportunity to explore:
* A connection with our creative self in a nurturing and supported space.
*To creatively explore personal blocks or limiting self beliefs that we may hold due to personal life experiences.
*Bring an awareness to our underlying feelings, passions and desires.
*To offer new perspectives and points of view in establishing a deeper understanding of our creative potential in the World around us.
This workshop is suitable for all, individuals or groups.
No previous art experience needed!

This is an experiential workshop facilitated by
John O’Malley, Art Psychotherapist, MA, BA, MIACAT, ANCAD.
Art Material’s and light refreshments provided.
This workshop is based on voluntary donations with all proceeds going to the Irish Red Cross who are working on the ground Providing humanitarian aid to the people of Ukraine.
Places are limited to 6 people and as such advanced booking is recommended.
