A Creative Approach to Self Care
The Dublin Creative Therapy Centre is once again delighted to team up with Annie Lavin The Relationship Coach for our first part in a series of workshops which will be run throughout the year exploring relationships.
Rethinking Relationships, A Creative Approach to Self Care aims to improve your relationships? Whether single or coupled you can improve all relationships by focusing on the most important relationship of all. The relationship you create with yourself. This relationship is the foundation for all other relationships so we decided we would like to start this journey here.
This experiential workshop is based on the belief that we all have an unlimited resource of creative potential within us; this innate potential is transformative in its ability to heal, express, grow and cultivate a more compassionate and caring self.
This workshop offers a unique opportunity to explore:
* A connection with our innate creative potential in a nurturing and supported space.
*Practical advice on how to enhance certain aspects of our values in order to create meaningful change within our lives.
*To offer new perspectives and points of view in establishing a deeper understanding of our relationships with self and others.
This workshop is suitable for all, with no previous art experience needed!
